On Monday, November 23 from 7:30 p.m. you are welcome to attend our annual End of Year Seminar at Landgoed Marquette in Heemskerk.

Program End of Year Seminar.
After welcoming you, we’ll take you through a number of topics. We start with an update on the tax changes coming up. Then, for inspiration, we’ll take you through how we use AI in the workplace and what it gives us.
Guest speaker Ynzo van Zanten will speak next and take you through his inspiring story. Ynzo van Zanten saw at Tony’s Chocolonely how a strong mission, culture and engagement lead to both impact and commercial success. According to him, these times call for leadership and organizations that really live up to commitment and purpose as a strategic basis. Exactly what we at Guidon also believe in: working with our clients, from the inside out, on culture and leadership. Not as a separate project, but as a practical way of working that is immediately tangible in behavior, cooperation and results.
We will conclude with drinks and appetizers. A great opportunity to interact and share experiences with fellow entrepreneurs.

For almost a decade, Ynzo van Zanten was closely involved with the successful Dutch brand Tony’s Chocolonely, including as Chief Evangelist and Head of People & Culture. From the inside, he witnessed how an outspoken mission, strong values and inspired people come together in an organization that is not only commercially successful, but also deeply touching. He traveled the world to tell the Tony’s story, inspire leaders and teams and show what becomes possible when people really want to go for something.
That experience permanently shaped his view of organizations. He saw how culture arises, how leadership makes the difference and how engagement is not an HR project, but a strategic choice. How financial results are not a goal in themselves, but a consequence of engaged employees, clear direction and inspiring entrepreneurship. And how words like “purpose” and “meaning” become hollow if they are not lived out daily in behavior, choices and leadership.
According to Ynzo, these times call for a different perspective on work and being an employer. On leaders who trust and connect. On teams that are energized by what they do.
