As a Junior Business Administrator, you will support our team in processing and managing financial administrations for our clients and contribute to the optimization of their financial processes. You will work with accounting software such as Exact Online and ensure that all data is processed correctly and on time. You will be involved in the preparation of reports and declarations for clients and assist in performing various administrative tasks that contribute to efficient and reliable financial administration.

What will you do?

  • Processing invoices and bank statements: You will check incoming and outgoing invoices, link bank transactions to the appropriate entries, and take care of signing off bank mutations.
  • VAT returns and corrections: You will prepare VAT returns and make corrections where necessary to keep the administrations correct.
  • Accounts payable management: You will monitor open accounts payable, ensure timely payments and run through outstanding accounts payable.
  • Payments and Cash Bookings: You will prepare payments, process cash entries and provide administrative follow-up on transactions.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties: You will assist in processing receipts, updating records, and participate in consultation and team meetings.
